Explorers! This Strike Event will be familiar as it was one of the very first Strike Events that we ever had in Jurassic World Alive! However, Ludia has toned it down a bit (2 levels per Dinosaur to be precise), so it will be easily doable for any player!
So this is a 7 step Rare Event. You will be facing:
- Allosaurus (4) + Dimetrodon Gen 2 (5) + Nundasuchus (6)
- Irritator (6) + Tarbosaurus (7) + Tyrannosaurus Rex Gen 2 (8)
- Allosaurus (6) + Nundasuchus (7) + Ophiacodon (8)
- Irritator (7) + Tyrannosaurus Rex Gen 2 (8) + Gorgosaurus (9)
- Allosaurus (8) + Dimetrodon Gen 2 (9) + Ophiacodon (10)
- Irritator (9) + Tarbosaurus (10) + Gorgosaurus (11)
- Dimetrodon Gen 2 (10) + Nundasuchus (11) + Ophiacodon (13)
This Strike Event is full of the Tyrannosaurid line Dinos. These Dinos have quite a few things in common:
- high health;
- no armor;
- high damage;
- high critical chance;
- slow speed.
Their moves all involve either Ferocious Strike, Armor Piercing or Defense Shattering, so don’t bring Tanks to fight them!
The most ideal strategy is to go with Raptors, any of the Raptors. Early reports indicate that people have been successful using only Raptors.
Another decent strategy is to lower their damage to soften up those hard hits. Use Dinos like Dilophosaurus Gen 2, Diplocaulus, Monolophosaurus Gen 2, and even Velociraptor (and any other Raptor) if you have one leveled up higher than your opponents. Keep in mind that this will not work against Dinosaurs with Immunity such as Ophiacodon and Dimetrodon Gen 2.
You can also use rarer Dinos like Erlikosaurus Gen 2, Dilophosaurus, Koolasuchus Gen 2, Diplocaulus Gen 2, and Utahraptor. One thing you should always take into consideration when calculating your opponent’s damage is the High Critical chance rate these Dinos have. This way, you know when you can take a Critical Hit and when you cannot.
Another thing to take into consideration, and we cannot emphasize this enough, is that some of the Dinosaurs you will be facing will have Immunity, which means that any move decreasing your opponent’s damage will not affect them. In these cases, fast Dinos with high damage like Raptors will be your “go to” Dinosaurs.
Furthermore, some Dinosaurs will have Ferocious Strike. Remember that this move raises a Dino’s attack, so if you lower it by 50%, it can gain that 50% back with Ferocious Strike.
Potential DNA in Incubators
Epic Dinosaurs (very small odds, but still possible)
