Explorers, this Rare Strike Event features the recently introduced PTEROSAURS! This is a rather difficult Strike, so make sure that you go through this guide to avoid any unfortunate surprises! On top of it, the pool of potential Dinosaurs from these is really small, so the odds of getting good DNA are high! Without further ado, here is your guide for the single step Rare Strike EventPterosaur Strike.

Enemy List

Haztegopteryx (16) + Dsungariptus (17) + Pteranodon (18)

Strategy

First of all, this Strike Event is not to be taken lightly!

Since Pterosaurs’ strength rely on their Swap-In Abilities (SIA), it will be [somewhat, yet not ideal] useful to use Dinosaurs that can lockdown or pin down these flying creatures to avoid them swapping in and out and using their SIA! Dinosaurs with the lockdown or pinning ability include, but is not limited to:

Our top recommendation? Considering that Pterosaurs will constantly use Shields (from swapping in and out) or slow you down, it would be best to focus on Dinosaurs that are Immune and have a Defense Shattering or Nullifying moves. We also recommend having these Dinosaurs are a rather high level (around 15 ideally). Our recommendations go as follows:

Be aware that Pterosaurs from Strike Events will swap during the battle! The AI has been very much improved and focuses on their SIA!

Rewards

Potential DNA in Incubators

Common Dinosaurs

Rare Dinosaurs

Epic Dinosaurs (if very lucky)

In Conclusion

All of the dinosaurs you’ll face in this strike event should be easy to dispatch, but if you want to counter them the way the arena was meant to work, find something with lockdown or pinning abilities to help you along.
